As we are have a team member with various skills and expert all related Coal Mining Business Process, and having also some of their experience in all mining around all over the world. Most of us state in Jakarta, Borneo - Kalimantan, Sumatra, and Irian.

we are focusing on :

1. Providing Manpower Plan to your company and support to achieve fullfillment with our data bank for All Job position in mining that locate in Kalimantan, Sumatra, Java, and much of Skills and Expert to be place in some of countries, such as : Autralia, Colombo, India, and Africa.

2. Human Resource Management Consulting, by personally or Team to achieve breakthrough the project, such as : People Development, Organizational Development, Change Management, Manage and Profiling Soft Competence, HRM Mining System Development, Also we have expereience in Safety Health and Environtmental System Development (SHE System).

3. Providing Workshop, Seminars, Training, for Soft Competencies all job position, such as : Operators, mechanical, Middle Managerial to Up level.

4. As media for All Mining Humanity, CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility.
